Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 30, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service.
Plain-language summary; not a substitute for legal review.
You agree not to use the Service, or any output from it, to do — or help anyone do — the following:
Discrimination and misrepresentation
- Discriminate against, target, or exclude anyone on the basis of a protected class, in any use of the Service.
- Publish AI output as fact without verifying it, or in a way that misrepresents a property, a price, a deadline, or your professional role.
- Present a drafted figure as a valuation, an appraisal, or what a tract is worth, or put a number in front of a seller, a partner, or a lender without the recorded sales behind it.
- State that title is clear, that a boundary or acreage is confirmed, or that a redemption or filing deadline is reliable, without the county record, a title search, and a survey that actually say so.
- Send a drafted call script, text, or mailing to an owner without clearing your list, your consent basis, and your timing against the TCPA and the state rules that apply — including the rules that treat owners in default or distress differently.
- Use output to tell anyone that an instrument, a seller-financed structure, or marketing a property you do not own is permitted where they are.
Unlawful and abusive use
- Violate any law, professional rule, or code of ethics that applies to your work.
- Infringe others’ rights, submit others’ personal data without authorization, or attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Human review
Every output is a draft. You are responsible for having a qualified person review and approve content before it is published or relied upon. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
