Every output is a draft for you to check. It states no value without the recorded sales behind it, asserts no boundary, acreage or title status it cannot trace, and quotes deadlines as the record’s rather than computing them. Not legal, title, appraisal or investment advice — confirm every figure and date with the county, and have an attorney licensed in the state read anything you intend to sign or send.
