What's free?
The learning. Add your email and every lesson, unlimited practice and scoring, and the builder track are yours. None of it capped. You also get 50 runs of the tool to try it on real work. Pro is for when you want the tool doing the work, unlimited.
How many free runs do I get?
Five with no account at all. A founding account gets you 50 to put the tool on real work. Pro removes the cap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro billing opens soon; you cancel from your account and keep everything you learned and saved. Full billing terms show at checkout.
What counts as the tool 'working for you'?
Running things: Scout drafting from your ask, the Skills producing checkable documents — owner letters, parcel screens, title reads. And copying the packaged prompt library into your own AI.
How does a team plan work?
$39 a seat, per month, one agreement for the team. Whoever signs names the people, and every seat gets the whole door, all three rungs: flipping, holding and assembling, and entitling and building to hold. A seat is a seat: a land investor buying alone buys one, and a development team buys one per person on acquisitions, entitlement and asset management.
