What you know about your counties is scattered across old diligence files, recorded sales you pulled, notes on which clerk answers the phone, and your own head. Package it into one folder Claude answers from, and ONLY from. The move is a project folder plus a CLAUDE.md that says: answer only from these files, cite the filename for every fact, and say 'not in my notes' when it isn't there. Two hard rules make it safe: strip owner names, SSNs and account numbers before a doc goes in, and never invent a number.
