Each hardened skill is a process that now runs without you, and they compose. The library IS the asset: it's what makes your AI setup worth more every month instead of resetting to zero each session. Inventory it, name the gaps, keep building.

Checklist

Make it yours: Keep only the skills you run every week, name the record each one reads, and write the one line each must refuse to produce.

SKILL LIBRARY for parcel work

- parcel-card: reads the assessor card PDF, returns owner as spelled, legal, acreage, assessed value, with the card date. Refuses to state value.
- deed-chain: reads the deeds in [folder], returns instruments in order with book/page. Refuses to say the chain is complete; the last line is [PULL THE RECORD: next instrument back].
- heir-sheet: reads an obituary or probate file I saved, returns names and relationships as written. Refuses to say who the heirs are.
- offer-letter: reads one parcel row and writes the letter in my voice from [template]. Refuses to send or to state a price I did not give.

Each skill: one record in, one file out, one refusal. Record first, then the number.

The coach checks that what you paste back is your own work. The starter pasted back unchanged won't pass.
