One AI voice gives you one angle; a panel gives you the blind spots. The skill is assigning AI several named seats, a buyer who has been burned on access, a title examiner, an heir on the other side of the table. And making each critique your plan from its own interest, then synthesize. You're not asking 'is this good?'; you're asking three people who'd each catch a different mistake.
