Ask it what would make you leave this county
Lesson 5 of 6 · Pick the county before the parcel
1 · Learn the move · Flipped interaction
Once you have mailed a county you stop re-choosing it. Calls drop and you mail more. The competition worry arrives as a feeling - 'everybody is mailing there now' - and a model asked about it will happily agree, because it has read that sentence about every county. Flip it. Have the model interview you, one question at a time, until your exit criteria are written as lines you can measure from your own records: a response floor from your campaign log, how often sellers tell you they have another offer, whether the delinquent file stays available, whether the sales you pull still clear your numbers. Then it checks the evidence you paste against each line and marks it MET, NOT MET or [NEEDS]. It never estimates how many buyers mail a county and never calls one saturated. The decision stays yours; the model only makes you state it before the log can argue you out of it.
Before you give me any view, interview me. Ask one question at a time, up to six, to find out what would have to be true for me to stop buying in this county. Wait for each answer. Turn my answers into leave-triggers I can measure from my own records. Then check my pasted campaign log against each one. Never estimate competition or call a county saturated.
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You have mailed Pellam County three times. Calls are down and you keep hearing that other buyers have moved in. You have your own campaign log. Write the prompt that makes the model interview you for your exit criteria before it touches the log.
Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
