Write a listing that sells raw land
Lesson 1 of 6 · List it so it sells
1 · Learn the move · Persona + value framing
Most land listings read the same and bury the one fact the likely buyer is scrolling for. Persona plus value framing fixes that: name who realistically buys this tract, then frame its real attributes as value to that person - a pole at the road becomes 'power already at the road', a seasonal draw becomes 'water for wildlife in the wet months'. The line that keeps it honest is that framing may reword a fact, never create one. Every feature must trace to a document or your own site notes, because an invented feature is a misrepresentation that surfaces at closing or after. Describe the land, not the kind of person you imagine buying it. And a price only appears if you paste the asking price you already set.
Write two versions of a listing for this tract: one spec-forward for a land marketplace site, one short for a local online classifieds group. Likely buyer: [persona]. Use ONLY the facts below, each from a document or my site notes. Anything a buyer will ask that I did not give you goes in a confirm-first list, not in the copy. [facts with sources] [asking price]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You are reselling a 14.3-acre tract in Okerson County you bought last quarter. You have the deed, the recorded restrictions, an email from the electric co-op about a pole at the road, and your site notes. You set an asking price and your owner-finance terms already, because most of your buyers pay monthly. The likely buyer is someone who wants a hunting and weekend camping place. Write the prompt that makes the copy land with that buyer without adding a single feature you cannot prove.
Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
