AI will fill a gap with a plausible-sounding number it invented, a per-acre figure, a 'typical' redemption period, and state it as fact. The skill is telling it up front to use only the records you paste, mark every gap UNKNOWN, tag each figure with its source, and let your record win any conflict. You catch the fabricated number before it reaches an owner, not after.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You ask AI to write the diligence section of a partner memo. It confidently states 'roughly $3,800 an acre in this county' and a 'one-year redemption period' you never gave it. Write a prompt that forces it to use only your records and flag anything it can't source.
