The instinct is to ask a tight question and keep the file to yourself. It produces a general answer about land, which you did not need. The model has no county, no parcel, no call history and no idea what you already ruled out - it knows only what is in the message. So the move is backwards from how a question feels: dump everything first, ask last. The export row, the notes from the call, the two documents, what you have already checked, what you are worried about. Then one question at the end. The cost of pasting too much is a slightly longer read. The cost of pasting too little is a confident answer built on a parcel it invented.
