Directions a buyer can actually follow

Lesson 3 of 6 · List it so it sells

1 · Learn the move · Constraints + negative instructions

Rural tracts sell to buyers who drive out alone, and bad directions end those drives in a stranger's yard. A model asked to 'write directions' will fill every gap with a plausible turn, a rounded distance or a road name it saw nearby. That is worse than no directions, because the buyer trusts it. Constraints and negative instructions are the fix. The directions come only from your own drive log - odometer readings, turns you wrote down, road signs you photographed, GPS pins you dropped. A stretch the log does not cover is written as a gap, not bridged. And two quieter bans: a pin at the gate is not a corner, and a route across someone else's land is not an access right, so directions never suggest either.

Write driving directions to my tract from the town square using ONLY my drive log below. No turn, distance or road name that is not in the log. Where the log has a gap, write [GAP IN LOG - drive it again]. Do not call a GPS pin a corner or suggest any route over private land. [drive log] [pins] [sign photos described]

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

You drove out to a 40-acre tract in Tully County from the town of Cold Fork, reading the odometer at each turn and dropping a pin at the gate. Two buyers got lost last month on the directions you wrote from memory. Write the prompt that rebuilds the directions from the log and shows you exactly where the log runs out.

Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
