The compliance read-back before you send
Lesson 6 of 6 · Reach them without mail
1 · Learn the move · Fact-check list
Every lesson before this one fenced a single message. This one reads the whole campaign back before it goes: the list source, the consent records, the scrub dates, the platform, the scripts for every channel, and where the recipients live. Texts, dropped voicemails and cold calls are cheaper than mail and faster to scale, and that is exactly where an unscreened campaign draws a demand letter from someone who files them for a living. The fact-check list runs every requirement that matters and marks each MET, NOT MET or UNKNOWN, quoting the pasted evidence for the mark. What it never does is give the all-clear. Whether a particular campaign may send is counsel's call, the rules differ by channel and state and change, and 'looks compliant' from a model is the most expensive sentence in this area. The output is blockers to fix and questions for counsel, and the go or no-go stays with them.
Read back this outreach campaign before it launches. One row per requirement: consent, do-not-call scrubs and dates, allowed hours, automated sending and voicemail method, state rules, identification and opt-out, known-litigator screening, records. Mark MET, NOT MET or UNKNOWN and quote the evidence. End with BLOCKERS and FOR COUNSEL. Never say it is compliant or cleared.
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You are about to launch texts and dropped voicemails to 1,400 owners across Quillan, Oxbow and Tolliver counties, numbers from a skip trace, no prior contact. Your scripts are from the earlier lessons. Your do-not-call scrub was run five weeks ago. Your platform sends in bulk. Write the prompt that reads it all back and routes the decision to counsel.
Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
