Channel plan for a property that won't move

Lesson 5 of 6 · List it so it sells

1 · Learn the move · Cognitive verifier

A tract that has sat for ninety days invites the wrong fix. The reflex is to cut the price or post it in more places, and a model asked 'why won't this sell' will pick one of those and sound sure. The cognitive verifier pattern slows it down. It breaks the question into sub-questions - is it being seen, are the people seeing it the likely buyers, does the copy match the record, is there an access or title question scaring inquirers off, is the asking price out of line with the sold comps you yourself pasted - and answers each one only from your evidence. A sub-question the evidence cannot answer stays open. Only then does it propose a channel plan, limited to channels you said you can use, and the price decision stays yours.

This tract has not sold in 90 days. Before recommending anything, break 'why hasn't it sold' into sub-questions. Answer each only from my evidence below, or mark it [NEEDS: evidence]. Then give me a channel plan using only the channels I listed. Do not tell me what to price it at. [inquiry log] [listing copy] [view counts] [my sold comps] [channels available]

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

A 19-acre tract in Rennick County has been posted for 94 days on two sites with four inquiries and no offer. You have the inquiry messages, the posted copy, the view counts each site reports, a short list of sold tracts you pulled from the county's recorded sales, and a list of channels you are willing to try. Write the prompt that finds the likely reason before it hands you a plan.

Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
